SAMJIN R.C.D. is used for construction such as bridges, highways, building, wind power generator installation by excavating soil or rock inside a casing or pipe under various constructions method including Bore Pile and All Casing.


Features

  • SAMJIN R.C.D. can be used on-shore and off-shore as a pile rig with the Pile Top Drilling method.
  • The Reverse Circulation System reduces cost and construction time with efficient drilling system in deep depths, complex formations, and even hard rocks.
  • SAMJIN R.C.D. does NOT additionally require special tools (Suction Pump System) by using the ‘Air Lifting System’
  • SAMJIN R.C.D. Pile Rig has power swivel with the high torque and significant hydraulic system.
  • SAMJIN R.C.D. with the Pile Top Drilling Method and Drill String System demonstrates the excellent vertical precision of the pile.
  • Drill String with the Modular Type can be applied to all different types of depths and diameters. Also, it can be easily replaced and repaired. Consequently, it implies cost-reduction.
  • SAMJIN Drilling Tools (Bits) are suitable for the all strata. Furthermore, certain operations such as Under-Reaming and Bell-Out can be conjured by using specialized bits.
  • It is user-friendly designed and further excavates without affecting nearby facilities due to low noise level and low vibration work.
